The special meeting is being held to allow members of public to provide input on whether the county should adopt a resolution calling for a review and a possible rewrite of the Master Matrix system, and a possible moratorium on the expansion of existing sites and the siting of new CAFOs. The meeting will be held at Gates Hall, 825 15th St., Nevada.

Speakers will likely be asked to limit their remarks to two minutes. Depending on the number of speakers present that evening, preference will be given to Story County residents when determining speaking order. Groups and individuals wishing to present written comment or information for the supervisors to consider at the this meeting should submit the material by 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 15.
