The Story County Democrats and the Ames Chapter of Drinking Liberally are hosting a special townhall meeting "Covid-19, the Vaccine and You" featuring Dr. Megan Srinivas.

Dr. Srinivas is an Infectious Disease Physician and faculty member at the University of North Carolina’s School of Medicine, one of four universities who conducted COVID-19 vaccine trials for Moderna. She has been focusing on addressing disparities in health resource allocation and worked with Project ECHO that uses telecommunications to extend clinical reach to underserved and rural communities in the state.
