Join Planned Parenthood to assemble abortion care comfort kits for patients at our Ames Planned Parenthood. These kits provide patients with thoughtful items like snacks, heating pads, herbal teas, and other comforts to help them feel cared for. They’ll also write notes of encouragement and support to go into the kits, so bring your favorite pen! 

Please use this handy link to RSVP and to view the "wishlist" of items for the kits. We are hoping to assemble approximately 60-70 kits per month, so please consider donating items.

Donated items may be delivered to or dropped off at KHOI, 622 Douglas Ave., Ames. Please use the box on the porch if no one is there.
