All Committees will initially meet in the Danfoss Room. After breaking into subcommittees, members will move to their designated meeting room in the Library. Bring a laptop or tablet if you are able.

The Committee on Committees will divide into 3 subcommittees:

Credentials

Rules

Arrangements: Will meet as needed to make physical arrangements for the Convention venue, identify supplies needed, etc.

Credentials: Will meet as needed to enter Delegate’s and Alternate’s information, verify their eligibility and device process for Convention registration.

Rules: Will meet as needed to write Rules of Convention and devise process for elections and counting of votes at Convention.

Platform: Will meet as needed to consider which submitted planks to include in the Platform to be submitted at Convention for approval.

Any subsequent meetings will be scheduled by the Committee Chairperson.
